Age Requirement
You must be of legal drinking age in the destination where alcohol is purchased and delivered. By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you meet the applicable legal age requirement. Identification or age verification may be required at checkout or delivery where required by law or carrier policy.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, age-verification requirements, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Where the checkout offers payment by emailed card invoice, the order is submitted for review first and is not paid until you complete the secure payment invoice sent to the email address used for the order. We do not ship the order until the required payment has been completed.
Shipping
Shipping is available to eligible destinations shown at checkout, subject to applicable alcohol laws, product restrictions, carrier requirements, and age-verification rules. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, security checks, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Alcohol delivery may be limited by state or local law, carrier rules, and age-verification requirements. If delivery is not legally or operationally available to an address, we may cancel the affected order and refund the applicable amount.
Returns and Refunds
Please contact our customer service team before returning any item. Eligible return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must generally be unopened, complete, and in their original condition and packaging. Unless an item is faulty, materially not as described, supplied in error, or damaged in transit, a $5.00 return shipping cost applies to eligible returns. Eligible refunds are processed after returned goods have been received and inspected; please allow 5β7 days for processing.
