Selling Bottles To Us
If you are interested in selling individual bottles or a larger whisky and spirits collection, send our team a clear list of the bottles you would like us to consider.
Please include photographs showing the bottle, label, seal, fill level and any original box or presentation packaging, together with your asking price and contact details.
We review purchase enquiries individually. Please use our Contact Us page to send the details of your collection and include enough information for the buying team to identify each bottle accurately.
We do not provide valuations by telephone. If you wish to bring bottles to our listed store address, please contact us in advance so we can confirm that someone is available to review the collection.
Once an offer has been agreed, we will confirm the appropriate handover or shipping instructions. Payment arrangements are confirmed in writing and completed after the bottles have been received and inspected.

Terms & Conditions of Purchase
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the seller is responsible for delivering or shipping the bottles and for the associated costs. Collection may be considered for selected larger transactions.
- Bottles offered for purchase should be genuine, sealed and in saleable condition. Original presentation boxes, accessories and packaging should be included where available.
- Purchase offers depend on current market conditions, product condition, authenticity, demand and the information supplied by the seller.
- Any offer is provisional until the bottles have been received and inspected. If the condition or identity differs materially from the information provided, the offer may be revised or withdrawn.
- Payment is made only after the goods have been received, checked and accepted. The payment method and timing will be confirmed with the seller as part of the purchase agreement.
- Please do not ship bottles until our team has confirmed that we wish to purchase them and has provided the appropriate delivery instructions.
- The seller confirms that they are legally entitled to sell the goods and that the information supplied about the bottles is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
- Additional purchase terms may be provided for specific transactions. By completing a sale to us, the seller agrees to the terms confirmed for that transaction.
